Jinny qualified as a solicitor in 2004, working for prestigious firms including Birketts LLP. Her passion and technical ability drove Jinny to create Swift Exchange as an ambitious start-up, directly partnering with a variety of housebuilders and estate agents.

Dave has spent 28 years working in the residential property industry, initially as an estate agent before going on to run a high-profile new homes department. Since 2011, Dave has worked for regional and national housebuilders as a Sales Director, always providing drive and vision.

Amanda has worked in conveyancing for over 25 years, working for several large law firms. She has experience in handling a variety of residential transactions alongside vendors, purchasers, agents and housebuilders. Amanda now brings her knowledge and experience to assist the smooth running of transactions at Swift Exchange.

Becky started as an estate agent in 2020, becoming Sales Manager within her first six months. In 2021, she was appointed as Head of Sales Progression. Her understanding of both the estate agent’s role and the role of a sale progressor means she is able to use this knowledge at Swift Exchange to achieve the outcomes for agents and their clients.

Clare has worked in conveyancing for 12 years with two well-known Hertfordshire law firms. She predominantly dealt with new builds, but also standard residential properties. Clare has an excellent knowledge of the process, and now puts this to great effect with Swift Exchange.

Dawn has been within the conveyancing sector for over 28 years. She has worked for excellent businesses and delivered for a wide variety of clients throughout her time, achieving a very good reputation within this field. As a result, she has excellent knowledge of the buying and selling process and enjoys being able to problem solve to achieve results. Dawn is now able to bring these skills to perfect use at Swift Exchange.

Kim started as an estate agent back in 2011 and has worked for corporate and family-run estate agencies. She then went on to work as a paralegal for a local conveyancing law firm for six years, giving her in-depth knowledge to help with her role at Swift Exchange.

Lynn has worked in both relocation services and residential sales for over 35 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience with all aspects of the sales progression and conveyancing processes. She will do her utmost to make sure all transactions progress as smoothly and as stress-free as possible.

Millie’s background includes five years in client services, building strong relationships and delivering support and friendly customer service, and five years in the property sector, in sales and lettings. She is passionate about leveraging her dual expertise to drive process-based results and ensure client satisfaction.

With experience at Foxtons, LiFE Residential, Berkeley Group and Ivy & Stone Estates, Sandra has built a career leading sales progression teams and managing complex pipelines. At Swift Exchange, she’s valued for her precision, persistence and expertise in keeping every transaction moving smoothly to exchange.

Jules brings extensive experience in estate agency and sales progression, managing pipelines of 100+ properties and guiding transactions from instruction to exchange. At Swift Exchange, she combines strong organisation, communication and persistence to keep every sale on track – ensuring a smooth process for clients, agents and buyers alike.

Becky joined Swift Exchange as an Administrative Assistant, supporting the team with the day-to-day administration that helps keep our sales progressors and their transactions running smoothly. She previously worked in client support at Ashtons Legal and is currently studying at Leeds Beckett University. Becky is also the daughter of our very own Dawn Self, making Swift Exchange something of a family affair!

Sarah brings extensive experience across the property and legal sectors, having spent many years working within leading law firms and their real estate teams. She has also worked directly within estate agency, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and agents to help progress transactions. Her broad understanding of property, legal processes and operations makes her a valuable addition to the Swift Exchange team.

Samantha joined Swift Exchange with direct experience as a Sales Progressor within estate agency. Having already managed live property transactions and worked closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other parties throughout the sales process, she brings practical knowledge of what it takes to keep a sale moving and guide clients through to a successful exchange.

Loveleen joined Swift Exchange with previous experience in both estate agency and sales progression. Her background includes working across residential sales, lettings and new homes, as well as liaising with solicitors and progressing property transactions through to completion. Her broad property experience and strong customer service background make her a great addition to the Swift Exchange team.

Sammy brings a wealth of estate agency experience to Swift Exchange, having spent many years working in residential property. Before joining the team as a Sales Progressor, she held senior roles including Assistant Branch Manager, Senior Sales Negotiator and, for eight years, Sales Manager. Her extensive agency experience gives her an excellent understanding of the sales process and the importance of proactive progression from sale agreed through to exchange.
